This annual Spelling Bee was held at Bond Head Golf Course to raise money for Next Steps Literacy Council in Alliston.
Author Lawrence Hill was the guest speaker who gave an interesting and entertaining speech about the importance of literacy.
The ‘contestants’ were required to spell many challenging words until the winner was declared.
Congratulations on another very successful Spelling Bee. Sorry Al & I could not be there but you are obviously doing a wonderful job. Terrific outfits and pictures too. Miss you all.
